This emerald lake is perched at an altitude of around 4,750 meters (15,584 feet) above sea level. The Kedartal Trek is considered quite tough, due to the rugged terrain, high altitudes and lack of proper trails at some stretches. Trekkers need to be physically fit and acclimatized.
